Happy Sunday afternoon. It's a chilly day here; a cold front just went through this morning. Tomorrow and Tuesday we have expected highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s. Stay warm! I did a seated sequence today to energize the pelvis and legs. The entire sequence you move with your breath. Easy and enjoyable. Namaste. http://www.yogajournal.com/video/231
