January 20th, 2012

Good Morning! It's nice and foggy here in San Antonio today (I love the fog). It's Week 2 Day 5 of the Yoga Challenge. This sequence helps work toward Bakasana or Crane Pose, which is one of my favorites, now that I'm able to do it. Instructed by Jason Crandell and easy to follow.
