TURN UP THE HEAT! The yoga challenge is over; time to continue on with my own practice. During lunch today, I found a fun, active sequence uploaded by yogatoday and taught by Adi. Some of the poses in this sequence are rather difficult, just do your best. Blocks are always helpful. Perfect sequence for getting the body moving and burning fat!
