Good Saturday morning! It's Week 3, Day 6 of the Yoga Challenge. Today was the challenging sequence again taught by Jason Crandell to help aid into Bakasana or Crane Pose. I was not able to achieve full crane until I'd been practicing yoga several years. This sequence is perfect for actually preparing the body without having to accomplish full crane. Once full crane is achieved, it was a pretty magical experience.
