January 27th, 2012

Week 3 and Day 5 of the Yoga Challenge. I think this sequence is perfect for my busy Friday or perfect for any crazy work day, especially if you happen to sit in front of a computer. We did this sequence previously, all you need is a chair. Kate Holcombe instructs this very relaxing and restorative shoulder opening sequence. Enjoy!
