November 17th, 2011-Afternoon Practice
Found a great sequence from yogatoday instructed by Sarah Kline called Inner Balance. The sequence uses a LOT of balancing postures. Always remember, if you fall out, just go back into the pose. Sometimes you can be more balanced on one side than the other. I really enjoyed this practice. It was very challenging, especially when balancing on my yoga block!Namaste.
