I felt a bit of tension today and decided to try out this sequence uploaded by yogajournal. For the first time ever, I did yin yoga. I recommend yoga blocks, a bolster and a blanket. I used another yoga mat rolled up for my bolster, but the bolster the guy has in the video is much larger. It was VERY relaxing and very low key. Anyone would be able to do this sequence with ease.
