Happy Tuesday! We're 2 days away from Thanksgiving. I wanted to do another short yogatic sequence, this one also instructed by Esther Ekhart. The sequence focuses on lower back and core. I know of several people that have lower back problems. This sequence would help in a very relaxing way.
