September 23rd, 2011

Happy Friday. I decided to actually do a morning sequence almost immediately upon waking. My body was still warm from being in bed so I started to sweat easily.
I did another search for 'morning yoga' and found one uploaded by UmojaYoga. She instructed very well and was easily followed. I feel immediately more awake but my muscles are relaxed. So, not like I had just woken up and stiff from bed. Hooray. Mission accomplished!
