Good Morning. Another beautiful Monday morning and a new sequence by YogaVidyaEnglish. Although this class is marked as intermediate, I believe all yogis could easily do this sequence. The sequence begins with breathing exercises followed by a quick yoga flow and ending with savasana. While in savasana, he instructs the tightening of muscles before the release into relaxation.With the breathing and poses (specifically shouldstand and plow), I find this sequence perfect for morning. It will help you energize to begin your day. Namaste.
