October 1st, 2011 - Afternoon Practice

For part of my workout today, I ran. I wanted something to help ease my body back to normal after running. Have to make sure the joints and muscles stay healthy.
I found an upload by rachelbreedingyoga. I'm very pleased with this sequence. It's not too long. Rachel is a great instructor, easy to follow. She explains when to breathe and names of poses. Perfect for all yogis. At the end of this sequence, instead of resting in savasana (corpse pose), you rest with your legs up the wall.
