Good Morning and happy Friday! As you know, Friday is busy for me. I found a nice quick yoga routine uploaded by RachhLoves. She's really easy to follow but doesn't seem to hold the poses for very long, I would've liked for it to be a little longer but short and sweet is good for this day. Namaste.
