Good Morning. I remember doing a sequence with this woman before, uploaded under UmojaYoga. She's easy to follow if you listen more and don't watch the screen (she moves slower than her voice in most cases). Great sequence of balancing poses though. It's always good to get your balance for the start of the day. Remember, don't get frustrated if you can't hold a pose for long. You have to work at balancing poses. You'll get there.
